• Notwithstanding anything otherwise set out herein, Ticketed shall in no manner be liable for the use of your personal information by such organizers for any purpose whatsoever as Ticketed does not control the privacy practices of the organizers.

• Payment providers may collect and process your data for payment processing purposes.
