Lasya -Sakhi Ekatva

Sakhi Ekatva is a one-hour showcase by two Bangalore based Kathak dancers Rimjhim Verma and Sudeshna Jha, celebrating their individual and shared journeys through rhythm and grace. Drawing from the teachings of their gurus and mentors, the presentation follows the traditional Kathak repertoire from a slow, graceful opening to a section of pure, technical dance, and finally to a more expressive and dramatic storytelling—honouring years of riyaaz, devotion, and artistic unity. Through this duet, they pay homage to their teachers and celebrate the continuity of tradition and artistic creative exploration.
